Egypt extends beef liver shelf-life decision

By: Egypt’s Minister of Trade and Industry signed Decree No. 233 /2023 earlier this week, according to a recent USDA GAIN report.
The decree renewed an earlier decision that extended the shelf-life validity period for imported frozen fish from six to nine months and of frozen beef liver from seven to ten months.
The decree is valid for one year and expires June 30, 2024.
