A survey on 1,000 people nationwide, released on Thursday, found 56 percent said they are willing to buy American meat.

Fifty-five percent said they will also buy American farm products and 43 percent said they'll buy American cars.

Last month, Seoul and Washington concluded free trade talks and the agreement awaits parliamentary approval from the two countries.

The majority of respondents said they're satisfied with the deal as it will broaden options for consumers.
